Superintendent Aaron Leavell administered the Oath of Office to Bruce Richards during the OESD Board Meeting on November 15, 2022. Bruce served as a Central Kitsap School Board Director for 20 years (2002-2021) and is retired from his profession as Nuclear Chief Test Engineer at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
