Frequently Asked Questions

I am trying to activate my pdEnroller account, but my email address is not recognized.

First, try all possible email addresses that you may have registered under prior. This can always be updated once you are activated. If none of your email addresses are recognized by the system, you may create a new user account. Be sure to use your district email address in your new profile.

I activated my account and logged in, but I do not see any of my clock hours that I have registered at OESD 114.

Your user account needs to be linked to your clock hour profile.  Email Angela Wageman at awageman@oesd114.org or call at 360.405.5801 for this quick fix.

I was told my account has been linked to my clock hour profile, but I still don't see my hours.

Click on the dropdown arrow next to your name (upper right corner) and select Clock Hours from the menu. On the clock hour page, you must click the button that says Download Unofficial Transcript in order to see the hours you have registered.

I have a new address, phone number, email address, or district. How do I update this information?

Log in, click on the dropdown arrow next to your name (upper right corner) and click on your name in the menu. This will take you to your profile where you can edit any personal information that has changed.

Will my clock hours in pdEnroller be reported automatically to OSPI for my recertification or do I still have to enter that information on my own?

Clock hour information on pdEnroller is not linked to OSPI at this time. You still need to log into your EDS account at www.k12.wa.us/certification and enter your professional development hours prior to renewing your certificate (if you are on a certificate that requires 100 clock hours to renew).

I want to register some clock hours online, but I do not see how to do that.

If you are trying to register clock hours that were originally created in our old system (any inservice number BNF710 and below), please mail in the paper clock hour form with a check or drop by OESD 114 with your payment.  All clock hours numbered BNF711 and after have been input as pdEnroller events and can be registered online. When the attendance for your inservice has been entered, you will receive an email notifying you that your clock hour evaluation is available on pdEnroller. Once your survey is complete, you can pay for your hours online and they will show on your OESD 114 transcript.

I received an email that my clock hour evaluation can be completed now, but the link that says "Complete Now!" is not working. What do I do?

If the link in your email is giving you an error message, you can still access the evaluation if you log into your pdEnroller account, click on the dropdown menu under your name, and select My Events. On your event page, the inservice you just completed will be listed in your queue with a link to the survey and clock hours to the right of its title.
