Olympic ESD 114 Class Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Students who cancel their registration at least 14 days prior to the start of the class are subject to an $18 processing fee.
- Students who cancel their registration less than 14 days before the start date will forfeit their full registration fee, except in case of emergency.
- Full refunds will be made if Olympic ESD 114 cancels a class. Refunds, when appropriate, may take 4 to 6 weeks.
Online Clock Hour Classes from Partnering Institutions
Another online option is PBS Teacherline: www.pbsteacherline.org. The PBS course needs to be pre-approved by the OESD 114 before an educator begins any course. Please contact Heather Archut at harchut@oesd114.org, with inquires.
Online Clock Hour Classes from Partnering Institutions
These online clock hours are sponsored by Olympic ESD 114 and provided by partnering institutions. More information on each program can be found on each program page. Note: There is a class registration fee paid to the partnering institution prior to taking a class in addition to the clock hour fee paid to OESD 114 after class completion.
If completing a course through CE Credits Online, submit certificate of completion to registrar@oesd114.org to request a clock hour form.
If completing a course through VESi, your certificate of completion will be sent directly to OESD 114 by VESi and you will receive an email with your clock hour form automatically. Please allow up to two weeks after course completion for processing time.
If completing a course through The Connecting Link, your certificate of completion will be sent to OESD 114 by TCL and you will receive an email with your clock hour form automatically. Please allow up to 2 weeks after course completion for processing time.
Clock hours are not recorded to transcripts until clock hour registration forms are completed and returned with payment.

You can take any of CE Credits Online courses for college credit, or you can receive clock hours from Olympic ESD 114. To receive clock hours, download a copy of the certificate of completion when you have finished a course, and email it to registrar@oesd114.org. The ESD will use that to generate the Request for Clock Hours form you need to claim your hours, and email that back to you. The fee is $3.00 per clock hour.
