As a result of OSPI’s shift to an online certification system, OESD 114 has lost state funding for a certification specialist. The ESD has formed a certification cooperative for the districts in its service area, plus Bainbridge Island and Peninsula school districts to provide them with certification services. We also provide limited services to educators from other areas.
