The OESD 114 Office is currently open by appointment only for selective services.
While we continue to monitor our status under the state’s phased reopening plan, OESD will provide services primarily via phone, email, and the website.

- If you must visit our OESD building, please be prepared for:
- Self-assessment. Upon arrival, visitors must attest that they are free of COVID-19 symptoms, get their temperature checked and complete a release of liability waiver.
- Hand Washing. Visitors will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival.
- Face coverings. Washington State requires face coverings in public buildings. If you are unable to wear a face covering, please contact us to inquire about possible accommodations.
